FirstLight Home Care, a service of Masonic Homes Kentucky Hires New Director of Business Development

LOUISVILLE, KY (September 14, 2022) – FirstLight Home Care, a service of Masonic Homes Kentucky, has hired Erin Martin as director of business development. Martin will oversee the daily operations of FirstLight and serve as the liaison for all non-medical companion and personal care services.

Martin brings extensive sales and marketing experience in long-term care as well as medical equipment sales. She also bring experience as a patient advocator and marketer in the home health field. Prior to joining Masonic, she served as the admissions director at Rivers Edge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
