How you invest your money is personal, so we created a variety of financial options. You’re sure to find one that fits your personal goals.
Life Care
Masonic’s Life Care communities, Meadow and Miralea, offer residents priority access to a continuum of health care services located on our Louisville Campus. Life Care provides an umbrella of protection for future increases in care, estate protection for your loved ones, and a potential tax benefit.
Life Plan
Through a one-time payment, Village Life Plan residents receive a health care discount with priority admission to higher levels of care on campus, and a refundable entrance fee. If a resident outlives their resources, they will retain their residency and Life Plan benefits.
Monthly Rental
Masonic offers upscale conventional rentals at market rates for those ages 55+ and affordable rental options for those ages 62+. Residents can enjoy on-campus amenities through a monthly service fee.

When you live a carefree life in one of our independent living communities, every day can be about discovering something new or revisiting your favorite pastimes. Your plans can include learning to meditate, or striking the perfect proud warrior, meeting the breakfast bunch for coffee, or taking a brisk morning walk.
