FirstLight Home Care, a service of Masonic Homes Kentucky, Hires New Business Development Director

FirstLight Home Care, a service of Masonic Homes Kentucky, has hired Nicole Goodin as director of business development. Goodin will oversee the daily operations of FirstLight and serve as the liaison for all non-medical companion and personal care services.

Goodin has an extensive background in non-profit, direct client experience. Prior to joining FirstLight, she served as director of operations and advancement at First Hour Grief Response, Inc. and in leadership positions in human resources and operations at Harbor House of Louisville.

Nicole completed a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Leadership and a Master of Science in Management from Sullivan University.
