Masonic Homes Kentucky Announces Jessica Wilson as New Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer

Louisville, KY (April 21, 2025) — Masonic Homes Kentucky welcomes Jessica Wilson as its new senior vice president of Human Resources and chief human resources officer. Wilson brings more than 20 years of experience in employee and labor relations, talent acquisition, human resources strategy, and leadership to her new role.

Overseeing all Masonic Homes Kentucky’s human resources functions, Wilson’s responsibilities include developing strategies that support the organization culture, talent acquisition and management, employee engagement and retention, leadership development and change management.

Prior to joining Masonic Homes Kentucky, Wilson worked 15 years for LG&E and KU Energy in the Human Resources department providing strategic direction and leadership for all human resource areas including benefits, labor and employee relations, inclusion and employee engagement, talent management and staffing services. She previously served as the Human Resources director at Mortenson Dental Partners.

She holds numerous certifications including Registered Corporate Coach™, Certified Labor Relations Leader and Society for HR Management Certified Professional. She currently sits on the Home of the Innocents Board’s Human Resources Committee.

Wilson received her Bachelor of Arts from Bellarmine University and Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Webster University. She has also served as an adjunct lecturer at the University of Louisville’s College of Business.
