Bayes Joins Masonic Homes Kentucky as New Vice President of Sales

LOUISVILLE, KY (February 14, 2022) – Masonic Homes Kentucky has hired Brent Bayes to fill its new position of Vice President of Sales. Bayes will oversee Masonic’s ongoing independent living, assisted living, memory care and personal care sales strategies.

Bayes brings extensive experience in long-term care most recently serving as the senior director of sales and marketing at The Arlington of Naples in Naples, Florida and the director of sales and marketing for Asbury Methodist Village, a large not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community in Gaithersburg, Maryland.

He started his career as an accountant and financial analyst in the senior care profession. Bayes received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida and completed a Masters in Accounting from the University of South Florida.
