Masonic Homes Kentucky Receives Statewide Recognitions
Masonic Home Shelbyville Wins 2021 Best of Kentucky Award
Louisville, KY (Dec. 7, 2021) – In November, Masonic Homes Kentucky received quality awards from two statewide professional organizations.
The Kentucky Association of Health Care Facilities/Kentucky Center for Assisted Living (KAHCF/KCAL) honored the top long-term care facilities in Kentucky at their Quality Awards banquet. Masonic Home Shelbyville was honored to be a part of this elite group. The Best of Kentucky – Nursing and Rehabilitation honorees were selected based on Centers for Medicare and Medicaid 5-Star Quality Rating System of four or higher, and satisfaction surveys of residents and families.

Senior Vice President of Risk Management Conjuna Collier was honored as a 2021 KAHCF Quality Award winner. With more than 34 years of experience in the long-term care industry, Collier has been a part of Masonic for six years. In addition, Masonic Home Louisville employees, Leslie Mack, resident assessment instruments coordinator received the Professional Achievement Award in Nursing Care and Brian Grimes, certified nursing assistant, was honored with the Professional Achievement Award in Caregiving.
LeadingAge Kentucky, who represents more than 5,000 nonprofit aging services providers and other mission-minded organizations, recognized the following Masonic employees at their annual awards.
